John Knox Theological College
John Knox Theological College was established in 1968 to train ministers and missionaries for the Presbyterian Reformed Church of Australia. College subjects are also open to anyone else who wishes to undertake studies for their own interest.
College subjects offer Christians an opportunity to deepen their understanding of God’s word. Students can take individual subjects, and major courses are offered at three levels:
College courses are run through distance education and students receive the lectures on DVD or audio CD. Where possible, students are encouraged to watch or listen to the lectures with other students in their area, or with a local elder. Sydney-based students may attend lectures held at the College in Peakhurst. Students will also receive notes, assignments and examinations via mail, and will be required to post their completed assessments to their lecturer for marking. The timetable for College subjects can be found on the JKTC website.
